Comvergics
Systems is lead by a team of experts from both the wireless
industry and from the domain - construction, our first vertical
of focus.
Stephen Geldmacher is the CEO of Comvergics
has over 25 years of executive and management success in the
wireless industry with leading carriers, manufacturers,
resellers, agents, and dealers. As Region President and National
Vice President with Sprint PCS, Mr. Geldmacher fostered the
expansion and growth of the Company from start-up to over $15B
in annual revenue within 10 years. His tenure with Sprint
included leading national distribution networks of 17,000+
indirect doors, 300+ company retail stores, and 4000+ employees
producing 6.5M customers annually. As Region President and Vice
President with SBC, Mr. Geldmacher led successful turnarounds
with two different regions to lead the Company in customer
penetration and profitability. Mr. Geldmacher holds
BA-Journalism/Advertising and MBA degrees from Louisiana State
University in Baton Rouge, LA.
Dennis King
is the Founder & Chief Operating Officer for Comvergics and has
spent the past 20 years in the construction industry as a
superintendent, project manager and general contractor, most
recently with Kitchell CEM one of the top 400 contractors in the
U.S.. He has been responsible for the supervision of
construction projects ranging from small commercial remodels and
fast food restaurants to multi-million dollar school and
hospital projects in both the field and office environments. His
past experience required extensive planning, team building and
scheduling skills to meet cost and time constraints as well as
customer needs. His past experience also gave him an intimate
knowledge of the problem and customer needs by not only seeing
the problems others were having, but also by virtue of suffering
it himself. Dennis' pain points became the inspiration for
founding Comvergics in 2005.
Steve Ricketts is the
Chief Financial Officer for Comvergics and holds a B.A.
and M.B.A degrees from the University of California at Berkeley
(Haas School of Business). Steve has almost 40 years of
experience in due-diligence investigations and valuations
involving hundreds of companies in diverse industry
classifications. As a key advisor to over 35 emerging growth
companies such as Global Internet and R.H. Phillips Winery, he
has been a major catalyst in creative entrepreneurial
structuring, financings and mergers/acquisitions resulting in
enhanced profitability, reduced costs, optimized shareholder
value and successful investor exists.
Gopan Madathil is the
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development
and has been part of the founding
team at Comvergics since June of 2006.
Prior to
joining Comvergics, he spent 16 years in the telecommunications
industry including stints at Venturi Wireless as Director of
Product Marketing, with Agilent as Director of Strategic
Marketing and as Director of Product Management at OSI, a
leading telecommunications software vendor. Gopan holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from Madras
University, India and is a
frequent speaker at leading industry conferences. He's also the
Founder & President of TechCoire, the largest network of
technology entrepreneurs from the greater Sacramento region.
Mark Rosen
is the CTO for Comvergics Systems and is an electronics
engineering graduate from MIT. Mark is president of Nexus
Applied Research the Company's primary design source. Nexus has
been doing OEM design work from concept to production since 1987
with a long line of corporate customers. He brings 35 years of
experience in the telecommunications industry and design
management to the Company.
Bart Lewalski
is Comvergics' Vice President of Engineering and
is a mathematics and engineering graduate from Queens University
in Canada and is a senior engineer and principal of Nexus
Applied Research. Bart has been the lead engineer for the
development of the JobLink™ system and brings 15+ years of
telecommunications design and manufacturing experience to the
Company. His past experience includes stints with Boos-Allen Hamilton and Lynch Communications.
